owner of So Me Artisan Wares & Jeweler’s Studio established in October 2009.
We are a hand-created gift boutique with my jewelry studio in store where I custom design, re-design and repair all types of jewelry.
I am a bench Jeweler and Designer with training on the job as an apprentice (by far the best way I learn), diamond setting courses and Gemology Institute of America certification.
I love what I do and I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to continue to design daily. I have worked as a bench jeweler for over 25 years. My journey in this industry has allowed me to apprentice with enormously talented jewelers and contribute at several high end jewelry retailers in the city of Pittsburgh. My long-time dream of opening my own space culminated in 2009 with the opening of So Me in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. Fall of 2019, the same month as our 10 year anniversary, we moved to our exciting new store location in Allison Park, Pennsylvania.
My vision began in high school, having so many talented friends who would create amazing multimedia pieces and then sit on them. What seemed to be lacking in the area was an outlet for their work. Now, every day, I can experience the imagination and talent of these artists in my very own store! It inspires me to have original works of art in all medias, making up my surroundings. The variety is ever changing and I am always looking for new talent.
So Me offers unique gifts for everyone on your list, including men and children. In addition, I offer a full jewelry studio where I can size your rings, perform almost any type of jewelry repair, create custom designs, do pearl re-stringing, etc. I am here to help with your jewelry needs, assist you in finding a unique gift for any special occasion, all while offering the convenience and spirit of a locally owned business. We hope to offer you a beautiful in store experience.
When I am not found at the store, I prefer to be outdoors as much as possible! I can be found going on adventures with my family and 3 kids, gardening, hanging with our many pets-5 chickens, a lazy Lab, 3 cats, a bunny and a horse.

“So Me is tucked away in a small plaza on Middle Road, not easily spotted from the road. But it's well worth being discovered. It's a great place to find that one-of-kind quality gift, whether you're shopping for someone else, or just wanting to find something unique for yourself. I was there last weekend just to browse around, found a couple of bracelets and a pair of earrings for myself. I will be going back again this weekend to pick out a couple of wedding shower gifts. There's also a coffee shop right next door, which is a sweet little bonus.”
